Generally disappointing experience facilitating a 1031 exchange. They provided limited expert advice and, more importantly, refused to take responsibility for providing the wrong loan amount to our financing bank, a mistake that led to us paying more in processing fees for our loan. Careless and unprofessional, not what you would expect from a title company.

Not sure what purpose it serves making the front entrance to this building as inviting as possible to the local drug addicts & mentally ill. Day or night, people are welcome to set up shop right in their front entrance because the employees enter through the back. At one point people were spending days in front of the entrance, or in the grass directly in front, that I watched them use the utility hatch set in the grass as a bathroom. Do you enjoy all the trash that gets left in front of your building? Or paying to have the flower beds redone because they're being trampled on?But the real issue is at night they make sure to shut off all the lights in the building so its pitch black so the 2-5 people lounging in front won't draw the attention of the police. You could do your neighbors a favor & leave SOME inside lights on at night so as not to make this specific part of the block inviting to the junkies who have discovered this new safe space. It's one thing to have to deal with people who yell nonsense at you, it's another to see with your own eyes the needle users who are gravitating to this specific area now.

While we can assure you we’re not rolling out the red carpet for anyone to "set up shop" in front of the building, the reality is that the homelessness situation isn’t exactly vanishing anytime soon. We share your frustration, but there are limits to what we can do—if you spot any illegal activity, we encourage you to contact the police. They’re pretty good at handling that sort of thing. Or call us directly at 801-363-6633 (Cole Newman) instead of leaving a review.As for the lights, we appreciate the suggestion. A bit more illumination might help deter some of the nighttime loitering, and we’ll consider it. In the meantime, we’re doing our best to keep the area clean and maintained, even if life in the city throws a few extra challenges our way.Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. Stay safe!
