Job Duties:
An Escrow Assistant is responsible for providing support during the opening, maintaining, and closing of real estate transactions. The Escrow Assistant provides services to clients under the supervision of the Escrow Officer. They also assist Escrow Officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients. Essentially, you are the right hand of the escrow officer and will be expected to perform any and all duties as dictated by the escrow officer and/or the office manager. Due to the requirement of the escrow officer to be out of the office for much of the time, it falls to you to ensure that the level of service and communication is upheld in the absence of the escrow officer. The process must be seamless.
